Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Outfit Rater ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Outfit Rater is an AI-powered mobile application that provides style feedback and ratings on outfit photos submitted by users. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze images and generate subjective style assessments and recommendations.

Subscription Terms

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. The trial provides full access to premium features. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.

Acceptable Use Policy

When using Outfit Rater, you agree NOT to:

  • Submit images containing nudity, explicit content, or illegal material
  • Upload images of other people without their consent
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
  • Share your account credentials with others

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

AI Feedback Disclaimer

Important Notice

The style ratings, feedback, and recommendations provided by Outfit Rater are generated by artificial intelligence and are entirely subjective. Fashion and style are personal expressions, and our AI's assessments represent one perspective among many valid viewpoints.

The ratings should be considered entertainment and general guidance only. We do not guarantee that following our suggestions will improve your appearance, social standing, or professional outcomes. Always dress in a way that makes you feel confident and authentic.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Outfit Rater and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of images you submit, but grant us a limited license to process them solely for providing the rating service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTFIT RATER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Service interruption or computer damage
  • Emotional distress arising from AI feedback
  • Any personal or professional consequences from following style advice

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outfit Rater and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
